Dan has outlaw Billy Deal locked up pending transfer to Federal authorities on Sunday.  However, authorities in Montana have offered amnesty to other outlaws if they bring Billy Deal to Billings.   There are a few in Laramie come to take advantage of that offer, including an old friend of Dan's.
