Johnny's cousin Jeff from Boston arrives in Laramie for a visit.  A combination of his uncanny resemblance to Billy the Kid and a beating he takes from a man who doesn't like the attention a local tease is paying to him, has Jeff practicing a fast draw.  Dan and Johnny make him realize that playing at a quick draw and actually shooting a man are quite different things.
